Richard Cook |
Richard Cook was born in Kew in 1957. He began accumulating records when he still had milk teeth and has since continued in the bizarre quest to hear virtually every jazz record ever made. He started writing about music in the seventies and has exasperated more than one generation of listeners with his views on a wide range of sonics. He still contributes to various magazines and newspapers and is sometimes heard on the airwaves too. He has made his home in west London for a number of years, and so far is still there.
