Evan Davis

Evan Davis graduated in politics, philosophy and economics from St John's College, Oxford in 1984. He continued his studies as a Harkness Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University between 1986 and 1988, obtaining a Master's in Public Administration. He has worked as a researcher at the Institute for Fiscal Studies, and as a member of the faculty at the London Business School. In 1993 he was appointed as an economics correspondent at the BBC. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the think tank the Social Market Foundation, for which he has published numerous papers and reports.
