Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill is Professor of Sociology at the London School of Economics. His academic interests cover the sociology of economic life, social stratification and social theory, and he has published extensively in books and academic journals. He is the editor of the British Journal of Sociology. He was for many years the chair of examiners at a major school examination board.
