Jo Pratt |
Named as one of Waterstone’s Authors for the Future, Jo's quirky, no-fuss recipe ideas and beautiful food styling regularly appear in various magazines such as Olive and BBC Good Food Magazine and from Autumn 2007 you can read her monthly column in Glamour. Jo is also an increasingly familiar face on our TV screens, from regular appearances on ITV’s Saturday Cooks, Daily Cooks and Soapstar Superchef to UKTV’s Market Kitchen, Great Food Live and Sky One’s Taste.
Jo’s experience comes from working with big name chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and John Torode on everything from live cookery demonstrations to TV programmes such as Hell’s Kitchen. However, her biggest fan (I’m sure he’ll agree) must be Gary Rhodes. Over the last ten years Jo has worked on practically all Gary’s books and TV programmes (and they remain good friends!).
Jo’s unique style comes from her ability to adapt what she’s learnt working alongside Michelin-starred chefs to create stylish recipes that we can all enjoy everyday – whatever our ability. Her latest recipe book is In the Mood for Food.
