Guy Grossi

Guy Grossi started his career in 1980 and has run numerous restaurants in Melbourne, the most successful of which is the Florentino. In 1996 his service to Italian cuisine abroad was recognised by the president of Italy. His name has become synonymous with Italian fine dining. He is the author of Grossi Florentino.
