'This is one of the most inspiring and exciting books I''ve read in ages, and it deserves widespread attention, especially since the banking crisis. The author really hits the nail on the head when he describes the miserable nature of modern life, and presents us with an impassioned and practical plan for a fun, easy, enjoyable alternative. However ready you may or may not be to embrace his ideas, it will make you think long and hard about how you live your life, and it''s a book I return to again and again. I''ve certainly taken a lot on board, and I''ve also recently quit my job. :) A great read, and a great argument in favour of independence, liberty, common sense and simplicity.'
