'I''m on Day 7 as a non smoker having smoked for 42years. I was sceptical as to wether reading A.C.''s book would work. But I can promise you..it does!! I still have the cravings but they pass quickly and sometimes reread pages to remind me and give me power and confidence to carry on.I feel so proud to mark off each day on the calender.I have not only surprised my family but shocked myself that I''ve actually stopped smoking and my health is improving by the day.'
