'I thought that it was a very inspiring book in which the meals/snacks were perfectly simple to make. Everything was well illustrated and concisely expressed. I wish I had your style in my scientific reports for my Chemistry degree. I particularly liked the recipe for Welsh Rarebit. Nowardays, there are not many places in Britain that make it. And I like the cranachan and the thirst-quenching grand-mimosas. There are some gorgeous pages about summer flowers. Keep it up, Pippa; publish another book.'
