'An excellent retelling of this traditional tale. My 7-year-old and nearly 3-year-old both enjoyed reading this, albeit with different priorities. The eldest already knows the story well and was keen to show off her knowledge of traditional tales, whereas the youngest wanted to point out and comment upon the facial expressions of the animals. The speech bubbles are a big hit in this family - an excellent way for not-yet-readers to join in.'
