Penguin punch - exclusive recipe!
We asked Patrick to put together a special punch for you to enjoy this spring, and he took time out of his hectic schedule to oblige! Not only is it a great Penguin orange, it tastes gorgeous too!

1 tall tumbler
6 orange segments (crushed)
2 dsp mango puree
crushed ice (flavoured mineral water)
1 brown cane sugar cube
3 shots Morgan Spice
1/2 tin ginger beer
1 lime segment

Place the orange in the bottom of the glass and crush with brown sugar. Top with the mango puree and crushed ice, (I use apple & blackberry ice cubes). Pour the rum over the ice and top up with ginger beer to required strength finish with a squeezed lime segment.
