Synopsis: The Help

Enter a vanished and unjust world: Jackson, Mississippi, 1962. Where black maids raise white children, but aren't trusted not to steal the silver. This is the story of an extraordinary friendship between college-student Miss Skeeter, and Aibileen and Minny ('The Help'), who come together for a clandestine project that will put them all at risk.
