1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Penguin Books Limited are not eligible to enter. By entering this prize draw you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to be bound by them.

3. Closing Date for receipt of entries is 30th November 2005

4. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person.

5. Entry to the draw is free and must be made on the official entry form, which can be found on the www.Happbirthdaypenguin.com website. 6. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, illegible, lost or damaged entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties will be deemed invalid.
