This jacket design is based on an idea raised in Blink – experts often make better decisions with snap judgement than we do with volumes of analysis. It illustrates how less analysing/information is better than more.
The fun element of flicking the posted note figuring out the order of the phrases reflects the open and friendly tone in Blink. Yet with the simple and clean design, its sense of authority remains.
This jacket design is new and intuitive. It is not the traditional ‘flat’ image. It invites book browsers to be involved and experience the idea of ‘blink’.
