Explanation of work
For my book cover I wanted to depict how dark the novel is. I printed matt black on a glossy black stock, therefore the reader has to work to see the title and author, almost as if they were solving a puzzle or finding a secret. The academic books represent the mounting pressure on the students after the murder.
