This is my Number One top favourite smoothie. It's very filling, tastes Heavenly - and it's a great way to get your bowels going.
1 large mango, stoned
2 bananas
2-3 heaped tsp Gillian McKeith's Living Food Energy Powder
1 handful each of blueberries and raspberries, to serve
Blend the mango, banana and Living Food Energy Powder until smooth and creamy. Put the blueberries and raspberries in a tall glass, reserving a few raspberries. Pour the smoothie over the berries and serve garnish with the reserved raspberries.
