The scheme is a unique opportunity to gain insight in to the world of publishing before making further career choices. As part of Pearson, the world's leading education business, we understand the value of learning. You will benefit from a development plan that is tailored to your needs, providing you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in our business.

Our business is continually evolving to meet changing markets and tastes and our success depends on our ability to understand our customers and to create the books and products they want - be they avid readers, students, children learning to read, in the UK and internationally.

We believe that to do this we need to develop talented, multi-skilled individuals, introducing them to broad business experiences and supporting them in their development.
