We are very excited to announce that Puffin UK will publish YouTuber Ali-A’s first graphic novel. Head of Puffin UK Acquisitions and TV Development, Rich Haines, signed a one-book deal with OP Talent for World Rights to publish Ali-A’s first book.

As a lifelong fan of adventure stories, Ali has worked closely with a creative team including best-selling author Cavan Scott and artist Alek Sotirovski to bring this highly original story to the page. GAME ON! – an action adventure graphic novel for ages 9 + will publish on 19th October, 2017 in the UK.

Rich Haines says: ‘We are hugely excited to be partnering up with Ali on this book.  He has brought a huge amount of creative ideas and energy to this project and I’m sure it’s something that his fans will love.’

Ali-A says: ‘I’m really excited to be publishing my book with Penguin Random House – it’s going to be so much fun. A graphic novel is going to be great for my audience. Hopefully it will make anyone who hasn’t read a book in a while pick up my book and start reading! I’m excited to share it. I cannot wait for it to come out!’

With over 13 million subscribers and 2.5 billion views across his two YouTube channels, Ali-A is a gaming phenomenon, with two Guinness World Records, and one of the fastest growing channels on YouTube. Since 2009, his fans have been engrossed by his gaming adventures, making him one of the UK’s most popular online stars.
