Ben Renshaw is a former classical violinist at the Yehudi Menuhin School. He is co-director of The Happiness Project and works as a therapist, trainer and writer in the field of personal and professional development, with clients including the NHS, BT and SmithKline Beecham. His appearances in the media have been extensive, ranging from Good Morning with Ann and Nick to Newsnight, and from the Sunday Times to Elle. He is also the author of Successful But Something Missing, published in 2000, Together But Something Missing, published in 2001 and The Secrets, published in 2002. He lives in London with his wife Veronica and daughter.
