About the author

Lizzie Ostrom

Lizzie Ostrom is one of our most exciting commentators on all things perfume. A lifelong fragrance fan, she began hosting events and installations for people to discover the world of scent in 2010. From evenings on the aroma of outer space to scent tours of art galleries and trips to the past through perfume, Lizzie brings intelligence and wit to this most ravishing of subjects. She has helped many beauty and food brands to innovate using sensory design, and has collaborated with cultural and scientific institutions including Somerset House for their cult 'Perfume' exhibition, Tate, The Royal Academy and the Royal Institution. Lizzie lives in London and her favourite perfume changes far too often.
