Reviews
Lieutenant Colonel Christopher MacGregor has based this sensitive and thoughtful book on his own and others experiences as a serving soldier and the awareness that children cope much better if they know what to expect. The book is full of love and ways to keep that love alive across the distance. The lovely illustrations by Emma Yarlett are the perfect complement and give plenty of opportunity for discussion, and for using the ideas at home. This book wraps children around with a comforting message and will be highly valued in many homes.
