Group Operations Director

As Group Operations Director I oversee Technology, Distribution, Facilities and our Strategic Programme portfolio, so it will come as no surprise to hear I am passionate about how our company operates and finding the right solutions. I have led the operational integration of Penguin Random House since the merger which, although not yet finished, has been an exciting and challenging undertaking. What matters most to me is leading with authenticity, energy, passion and with a real connection to our purpose. I find mentoring and coaching colleagues incredibly rewarding, and, as a gay woman in a senior role, I also hope I inspire others to be true to themselves and strive to achieve their goals.

My literary hero: Tove Jasson - Finnish author, novelist, painter and illustrator.
