At Viking I publish non-fiction in the areas of sport, comedy and music; popular culture; gift and humour; and current affairs having come from a background in journalism. I’m interested in how these subjects can speak to contemporary social issues while eliciting the full spectrum of human emotion. In addition, I'm drawn to memoir and biography which brings to life a time, place and personality. I'm a sucker for anything that engenders cultish fandom and I'm passionate about amplifying voices of colour. I also buy books for Penguin Life and Penguin Business.

Authors I’m working with at the moment include Sathnam Sanghera, John Preston, Nick Hornby and Will Hermes. Previously, I’ve worked with: Adam Kay, Daisy May Cooper, Guillem Balagué, Phil Hay and Nihal Arthanayake.
