This third instalment in Ottolenghi’s PLENTY series, co-written with recipe developer and Test Kitchen chef Belfrage, Flavour puts vegetables in the spotlight, celebrating their limitless potential and exploring the innovative techniques and combinations that create deliciously unique dishes.
