Brian Sutton is a Human Resources Consultant who provides outplacements services and HR advice and guidance to organisations in both the public and private sectors. He previously held HR appointments with an engineering company in the North-West, a major manufacturer in the building industry and the UK's largest motoring organisation. A Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Brian has an extensive background in Human Resources at both a strategic and operational level. His widespread experience of managing complex issues has given him a profound appreciation of the factors affecting human behaviour in individuals faces with making major decisions about their career.
