Edith Fassnidge grew up in Yorkshire. After university and some time working, studying and travelling abroad, she moved to London, where she lives with her family. She loves being active in the outdoors and has cycled the length of Great Britain, swum with a relay team across the English Channel and competed for the Great Britain Age-Group triathlon team. Her career so far includes teaching, corporate responsibility and personal training. With her husband, Matt, and two friends, she set up Music for Alice, a charity in memory of the sister she lost in the tsunami. Rinse, Spin, Repeat is her first book, and 10% of her profits will go towards Music for Alice.
