Simon Birkenhead is a chief executive who has spent 25 years managing teams across both the very largest global organizations through to early stage technology start-ups. He is recognized by his employees as an inspiring manager who is able to help them deliver their best work. Between 2014 and 2019 he didn't have a single employee resign from any of the businesses he led. After gaining an MBA with Distinction from London Business School in 2002, he became a regional business manager at 3M, then Google where he lead teams across four continents. Simon became a CEO for the first time in 2014 when he was invited to launch Axonix, a global advertising business. This is his first book.
