Bianca started her award-winning food blog prettyhungry.me while completing her business degree. During that time, she built up her social media expertise through working at start-ups and digital creative agencies, creating content for brands such as HelloFresh UK, Malibu Rum, and Absolut Vodka. In 2014 she founded Breakfast London as a way to showcase independent restaurants and fuel her love of breakfast.

Breakfast London scouts out the best flat whites, fluffiest stacks of pancakes, and perfectly poached eggs so you don’t have to. With a following in the hundreds of thousands, they are considered to be a top influencer in London’s food scene.
