In addition to our gender and ethnicity pay gaps, which we have published previously, we will now report annually on our disability, sexual orientation and socio-economic background pay gaps.
This change was actioned in 2021, which is why you will see that pay gap reports published prior to this are separated into two documents for gender and ethnicity pay gaps.
