Frances Leech

Frances ran away to Paris after a degree in Modern Languages, only to find herself resitting high-school maths, science and even English in order to pass her apprenticeship in pâtisserie. She now wakes up at 5.37 a.m. to work at a little French-Japanese bakery in the 12th arrondissement, mixing chocolate mousse and scrubbing floors.
