Marcus Brigstocke (Author) Marcus Brigstocke is a comedian, actor and satirist who first came to fame when he won the BBC New Comedian Award in 1996. Since then he has worked extensively in stand-up comedy, television, radio and musical theatre. His radio credits include The Now Show, The Brig Society, Giles Wemmbley-Hogg Goes Off, The Museum of Everything, Think the Unthinkable and I've Never Seen Star Wars. Steve Punt (Author) Stephen Punt (born 15 September 1962)[1] is a British writer, comedian and actor. Along with Hugh Dennis, he is part of comedy double act Punt and Dennis and presenter of BBC Radio 4 satirical news programme The Now Show. Marcus Brigstocke (Reader) Since winning the BBC New Comedian of 1996, Marcus Brigstocke has emerged as a major talent in comedy, writing and acting. Most recently, he has shelved his stand-up microphone to play both King Arthur in Spamalot and Mr Perks in the award-winning production of The Railway Children at Waterloo station.
