The Little Town of Marrowville

In a town surrounded by deadly mist and filled with oddities, two young siblings become orphans.

They are happy about it.

Howard Howard was a Wrecker, a brute and bully by profession that was brutal and bullish with his children Aubrey's Sister and Aubrey. Howard Howard deserved to be turned to mince, and thanks to a mysterious and powerful duo called The Grinders that's exactly what happened.

Hunted by the police and their father's Wrecker friends, the siblings find some friends of their own to help keep them safe: a talented burglar called Charlie and a sword-wielding assassin called Calo. In a town already revelling in its own chaos, Aubrey's Sister and Aubrey stumble into a world full of secrets, myths and monsters.

A book aimed at kids that captures youthful humour perfectly. By which we mean it's energetic, weird, and delightfully disgusting
