Three Friends of Winter

The Art and Science of Staying Grounded Through Seasons of Change

Instability. It can rattle us to the core, upend our world and leave us dizzy and confused about our next move. Yet despite its universality, this extremely common human experience is profoundly misunderstood.

In Three Friends of Winter trauma psychiatrist Dr Suzan Song reveals how we all can and should release our unrealistic longing for stability. Inspired by the Korean motifs that helped her through her own personal trauma, Song draws on her clinical practice and expert research to reveal a radical new mindset for facing adversity. This is an essential read for anyone wanting to survive and thrive in turbulent times.
