Our world cracked open and with it, came the Banes. The powerful fae slayed them, but each left a Plague.

But that’s all they left.

I’m half Bane, half fae, and wholly hated.

When the Piper rids my city of the Plague, he takes our people as payment. Including me.

I have to get home. But the Piper won’t let me go, and something wicked stirs between us.

I have to escape before it’s too late. Because if I don’t, it’s not just my heart at risk. . .
