Annie Armstrong Miyao is a licensed psychotherapist. She holds a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked for over a decade in the theatre and film industries and received her BA in Theatre and Dance from Trinity College. Annie's writing on dreams and various essays have been published in Vogue, Goop, Well + Good,Bustle, Nourished Journal and Mother Tongue Magazine. She has studied dreams with Robert Bosnak, Kim Gillingham, Stephen Aizenstat, Narandja Milanovich and Joan Concannon amongst others.
