About Dona Murad

Dona Murad was raised in Bahrain and has since lived around the world. Her childhood in the Arabian Peninsula, mixed heritage and her travels beyond, taught her all about culinary fusions and she brings all of this together in her New York bakery, Librae. Her culinary team (which includes her mother) have, through exacting trial and error, produced some of the best pastries in the city. Their golden, buttery creations speak for themselves.
