About Sarah Wyndham Lewis

Sarah Wyndham Lewis and her husband, Dale Gibson run the multi award-winning sustainable beekeeping practice Bermondsey Street Bees. The advent of bees in her life prompted Sarah to research and plant vital forage to feed both hived honeybees and their wild cousins, the bumblebees and solitary bee species. Alongside her own planting projects, she has mentored the creation of pollinator gardens in many different countries. Through her advocacy for sustainable honey production, Sarah is also well known in the food world as a food writer and judge.
