byLina Wolff, Frank Perry (Translator)
August Prize committee 2025Furiously entertaining and ingenious, Lina Wolff elicits laughter from the depths of despair
Upsala Nya TidningMagically enchanting . . . It has been a long time since I read something so eloquent, playful, and heart-wrenching . . . The Corpses We Planted is a story that one doesn’t come across very often. It is tender and cruel, light and dark, burlesque and agonizing
