Word Salad

One of Your Five a Day Word Challenges

This themed word search is perfect for your daily puzzle routine, alongside crosswords and other brain teasers.

Each puzzle includes a four by four grid of letters that spell words relating to a unique theme. The puzzles are always written and designed by humans, for humans, rather than being AI-generated, and are the brainchild of two childhood friends, Samuel and Mark, each obsessive game players.

The magic of Word Salad is that the answers are right there in front of you, obvious once you’ve found them, but gloriously frustrating when you haven’t.

Topics range from general knowledge to everyday objects, from European Capitals to classic English novelists, from shades of blue to types of foods and so on.

Now available for the first time as a book, offering a screen-free way to challenge yourself that doesn't rely on having an internet connection - perfect for travelling, mindfulness or just needing a screen break. Plus, there are clues in each puzzle that will help solve bonus puzzles at the end of the book, thus offering an even greater challenge than the online puzzles.
