Yeah. . .turns out he’s my fated mate.

I found him outside the Witches’ Brew and couldn’t just leave him there. Taking him home was supposed to be temporary—just long enough to get him back on his feet.

Except he’s not just a wolf.

He’s a wolf shifter. And he’s in my magical town of Pleasant Grove investigating something he refuses to tell me about.

Not that I care. I’m done with romance, fated or not.

But the more I get to know the man behind the wolf, the more I realise that nothing about this situation is easy.
Not the looks he gives me. Not the way the air between us seems to spark. And definitely not the way I’m starting to want things I know I shouldn’t.

Because he’s keeping secrets.

And whatever he’s hiding has the power to change everything I thought I knew.
