Promoter(s): The Random House Group (registered number: 00954009) with its registered office at One Embassy Gardens, 8 Viaduct Gardens, London, SW11 7BW (“PRH”) on behalf of itself and in association with easyJet holidays Limited (registered number: 11927917) whose registered office is at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9PF (“easyJet holidays”).

By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:

1. This prize draw opens at 00:01am on 1st July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST on 30th September 2026.

2. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Penguin Random House, easyJet holidays Limited, easyJet plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.

An entrant may only enter the prize draw once via the entry form at penguin.co.uk/easyJet.

How to enter:

To enter this prize draw you must enter your name and email address at penguin.co.uk/easyJet before the closing time and date detailed in paragraph 1 above.

PRH shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the closing time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted.

Choosing a Winner:

There will be 10 lucky winners of the prize draw.

Following entry to the Prize Draw, the winners will be randomly selected by PRH through a computer-generated process.

The winners of the prize draw will be notified by the email they used to enter the prize draw within 7 working days after the closing time for the prize draw. PRH will try its best to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, PRH reserves the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.

Each winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 working days of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, PRH reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize.

The Prizes

Each winner will win two prizes.

The easyJet holidays (The Company) Prize:

£2,000 voucher (in the form of easyJet holidays Credit on Account) which must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue.

(The “easyJet holidays Prize” which is subject to the “easyJet holidays Credit on Account Terms & Conditions” and the “Booking Conditions”)

AND

The Penguin Prize:

12 Penguin books (one per month for a year), selected from the titles available at www.penguin.co.uk

(The “Penguin Prize” which is subject to the “PRH Prize Terms” and the “General Terms”)

The easyJet holidays Prize Terms

The easyJet holidays Credit will expire after 12 months of issue by easyJet holidays. Credit can be used against any available travel dates at the time of booking. If not used by the expiry date, Credit will be lost and will not be reinstated. The Credit cannot be redeemed against flight-only bookings with easyJet.com.

The prize of Credit will be added to the winner’s easyJet holidays account. An account can be created for free using the winner’s email address if the winner does not have an existing account. The winner must travel on the booking made using the Credit.

Credit can be redeemed against an easyJet holiday of the winner’s choice.

Credit cannot be used against the cost of travel insurance, travel to the UK airport, food and drink, spending money, taxes payable in resort or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the holiday are the responsibility of the winner. The Credit cannot be redeemed against flight only bookings with easyJet.com.

The winner can add friends or family members to the holiday booking, up to credit value (depending on the amount won). If the total cost of the requested package holiday exceeds the prize amount, the winner will need to pay the outstanding amount by credit or debit card.

Once the holiday has been booked, the Booking Conditions of easyJet holidays will apply, with the exception that no refund (whether in cash or credit) will be provided if the holiday is cancelled for any reason by the winner. If easyJet holidays had to cancel the booking (due to e.g. a change in foreign office travel advice that advised against travel to the chosen destination), an alternative holiday will be offered where possible, or Credit for the holiday re-issued to the winner’s easyJet holidays account.

PRH Prize Terms:

Each winner will receive 12 Penguin books (one per month for a year). The books will be selected from penguin.co.uk, subject to availability: books will be dispatched monthly to the winner’s nominated address. PRH reserves the right to substitute any title with one of equivalent value if a title becomes unavailable. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner.

General Terms:

1. Entries and comments must not:

(a) contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; or

(b) disparage Penguin Random House, easyJet holidays, easyJet plc or any other person, corporation or party affiliated with these companies or the prize draw generally; or

(c) contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous;

(d) or contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or

(e) contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the post is created.

2. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw. Details will be used in accordance with the easyJet holidays privacy policy (see https://www.easyjet.com/en/policy/privacy-notice) and the Penguin Random House privacy policy (see https://www.penguin.co.uk/company/about-us/notices/privacy-policy)

3. When entering the Prize Draw via the penguin.co.uk entry page, entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Penguin Books and/or easyJet holidays. If entrants choose to opt in to easyJet holidays marketing, their details will be transferred by PRH to easyJet holidays and retained by easyJet holidays for the purposes of marketing.

4. PRH may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time. PRH may cancel the prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.

5. Where easyJet holidays makes any changes to the credit prize, no compensation or additional cash equivalent will be available. easyJet holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of easyJet holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by easyJet holidays’ negligence or for fraud.

6. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which PRH determines is: (a) contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at PRH’s sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded. This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or PRH. Where PRH determines that any actions have impaired the prize draw, PRH may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including:

(a) repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or

(b) in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable).

Free kids’ places:

One free child place for every two full paying adults sharing accommodation is available on selected holidays, where you see the ‘Free child place’ label, subject to availability. Maximum one free child per room. When free child places sell out, the current child price will apply. Sometimes restrictions apply to some rooms. Supplements still apply for optional extras added to the holiday. A deposit is payable for the free child place at the time of booking - this will be deducted from the final holiday balance. The child age limit can vary by hotel. Offer can be changed/withdrawn without notice.

£60pp deposit:

£60pp deposit available on all easyJet holidays booked at least 28 days before departure. Final balance due at 28 days. Spread the cost by making payments via your easyJet holidays online account.

Transfers:

Transfers on beach holidays included. Transfers on city breaks can be added for a fee.

Hold baggage:

23kgs included on beach holidays. Hold baggage on city breaks can be added for a fee.
