Emmett Atwater isn't just leaving Detroit; he's leaving Earth. Why Babel recruited him is a mystery, but the number of zeroes on his contract has him boarding their lightship and hoping to return to Earth with enough money to take care of his family, forever.

As he and nine other teenagers wormhole their way through space, Emmett discovers that each recruit must earn the right to travel down to Eden. There, Babel will use them to mine a substance that's quietly become the most valuable one in the world. For the chosen 10, every training session is measured, every point matters, and Emmett will do anything to win.

But Babel's ship is full of secrets. And as Emmett uncovers the truth, he realizes he's not fighting for wealth or glory. He's fighting for his life.

#2 - Nyxia Unleashed
Emmett Atwater thought Babel's game sounded easy. Get points. Get paid. Go home. But it didn't take long for him to learn that Babel's competition was full of broken promises, none darker or more damaging than the final one.

Now Emmett and the rest of the Genesis survivors must rally and forge their own path through a dangerous new world. Their mission from Babel is simple: extract nyxia, the most valuable material in the universe, and win over the indigenous Adamite population.

But Emmett and the others quickly realize they are caught between two powerful forces--Babel and the Adamites--with clashing agendas. Will the Genesis team make it out alive?

In this electrifying conclusion, the Genesis team face a final, desperate battle to ensure their very survival and secure their way home.

The Genesis team finds their escape from the planet cut off after their launch station is destroyed. The countdown is on as the collision of the two moons closes in and the remaining group of Genesis and Adamite survivors attempt to cross battle-strewn continents in an effort to escape Eden in time.

The battle will eventually take them to space, where they will wrestle with Babel for control of the only ships that can get them home.
