Maryon Stewart studied preventive dentistry and nutrition at the Royal Dental Hospital in London and worked as a counsellor with nutritional doctors in England for four years. At the beginning of 1984 she set up the PMT Advisory Service which has subsequently helped thousands of women worldwide. In 1987 she launched the Women’s Nutritional Advisory Service which provides broader help to women of all ages. 
Maryon Stewart is the author of the best-selling books No More PMS! (Formerly Beat PMS Through Diet), now in its third edition, Beat Sugar Craving, Beat Menopause without HRT, Healthy Parents, Healthy Baby and Every Woman’s Health Guide. She has her own weekly radio programme on health and nutrition, has co-written several medical papers and has written articles for many magazines including Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan , Chat, Woman’s Journal, BBC Good Health, Woman’s Own, Health &amp; Fitness and for both the Daily Mirror and Daily Mail.
