Down to earth and full of advice you actually need when pregnant, this is one of the best books I have read on the subject. Rather than following a formula, it feels like you are sitting with a friend having a cup of tea while learning a thing or two at the same time. The illustrations are lovely.

Fed up with advice that did not take into account a less than perfect pregnancy, Dr Chiara Hunt and Marina Fogle set up their pregnancy course, The Bump Class, in London in 2013.
