Keshe Chow, Sunday Times Bestselling Author of The Girl With No ReflectionThe Bone Door is epic, ambitious, and outrageously creative, with all the loveable characters, layered worldbuilding and vivid imagery that make White such a force to be reckoned with. There is darkness and brutality in this world, but also lightness, humour, and heart-warming friendships. With its wonderful found-family cast of misfits that you can’t help but root for, this book is the perfect balance of magic, mythology, and mystery

Sunyi Dean, author of The Book EatersThe Bone Door is a story that asks profound questions about the nature of evil, the possibility of redemption, and the resilience of the human spirit. The human heart is a labyrinth—not unlike the one her characters navigate—containing both wonders and horrors at every turn, and in this bold new novel, Frances White is not afraid to open every door of the human experience.
Eliza Chan, Bestselling author of FathomfolkAmbitious and wildly original. The Bone Door is like nothing you've ever read before. Susan J. Morris author of Strange Beasts and Wayward SoulsWildly imaginative and twisty, The Bone Door is gloriously funny and full of heart in the face of unflinching terrors, reminding us why hope matters even when it feels as though all is lost. Utterly unputdownable.
Gareth Brown, Bestselling author of The Book of DoorsThe Bone Door is a triumph! A twisty, brutal fairy tale that both moved and amazed me. I couldn’t put it down!
Costanza Casati, bestselling author of ClytemnestraThe Bone Door is a maze of a book, inhabited by brilliant characters and monsters made of fears and memories. Wonderfully unique, dark and unexpected, this story is a feat of imagination with a powerful message at its core: no matter how much trauma and cruelty one endures, hope is never lost. I was fascinated and utterly gripped by Frances’ storytelling.
A. S. Webb, Sunday Times bestselling author of Daughter of ChaosFrances White is a masterful storyteller. The Bone Door is a feat of impressive imagination: brutal and beautiful, the very best and worst elements of humanity captured on the page, with a host of characters that will burrow into your heart. I laughed and wept in equal measure, this is a story unlike any other.
