David Yelland is the former editor of The Sun, which he led during its peak readership of 10m people in 1998-2003. He founded Kitchen Table Partners, a specialist public relations and communications agency in London and presents BBC’s When It Hits The Fan podcast with Simon Lewis.

Simon Lewis is credited with reinventing the Royals’ public image as the Queen’s first press secretary in 1998. He then became the Downing Street Director of Communications from 2009 where he worked with Labour prime minister Gordon Brown. He was awarded an OBE in 2014, and presents BBC’s When It Hits The Fan podcast with David Yelland.
