Hermione Olivia is the founder of CEO YOURSELF, a transformational platform created to inspire women to lead with purpose, power, and confidence. A serial entrepreneur turned C-Suite executive, Hermione built her career founding a communications consultancy and launching international brands before becoming one of the youngest female CEOs in her industry. It was during this time - while navigating leadership and motherhood - that she realised how urgently women needed a space to access the tools, strategies, and community to thrive both professionally and personally. CEO YOURSELF is the result: a movement brought to life through masterclasses, bespoke events, and the CEO SESSIONS interview series with some of the world’s most respected female founders and executives. Today, Hermione’s work represents her most authentic purpose: empowering women to step into the CEO role of their own lives. She lives in London with her husband and three children.
