Amy Newsome is a cook, gardener, garden designer and beekeeper based in London, UK. She runs woodland feasts and supper clubs where she cooks over fire using botanicals and artisanal honeys. Amy’s recipes have featured in publications such as OFM, FT Weekend and Bloom and she has appeared on Sunday Brunch, Olive Magazine’s podcast and Jamie Oliver’s Cookbook Club. Amy has designed gardens for The British Museum and RHS Chelsea Flower Show and she has grown vegetables for Raymond Blanc, organic grower Anna Greenland and trained at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. Her first book, published by Quadrille in 2023, won the Guild of Food Writer's Award for Specialist or Single Subject Cookbook.
