A Field Guide to Enchanted Oceans

The powerfully magic manta rays, "Dreamers of the Depths," have been hunted to extinction from our oceans - but marine researcher Declan Somers is determined to bring them back. It’s the research trip she’s always wanted – until she discovers that her ex and bitter college rival Cameron is joining the crew…
As their search for the Dreamer rays takes them far across the oceans, the pair must face up to their own feelings – alongside a host of magical marine threats including sea serpents, shark-kraken hybrids, and sirens.
But will their love, as endangered as the creatures they seek, finally have a chance to resurface?

About Annelise Fox

Raised on the east coast of the United States, Annelise Fox spent her early life splashing in tidal marshes and begging her parents to take her to the local aquarium. Her obsession with all things aquatic and fantasy bloomed into a love for oceanic myths and a career in marine biology. After graduating with an animal science degree and working in animal rehabilitation, she further explored her career with marine mammals, rays, sharks, sea turtles, and all things fishy. Now settled in Colorado with her family and three cats, she has shifted to academic research, but still misses the water. When she’s not dreaming of magical manta rays, her other hobbies include playing D&D with her friends, exploring the mountains, and filling her shelves with books faster than she can read them.
