To celebrate the upcoming publication of How To Stop Snapping at the People You Love by Anna Mathur, we're offering one lucky winner the chance to win a yōjō VNS device, along with a lifetime subscription to the yōjō platform (worth over £399).

The yōjō VNS device is a portable, non-invasive vagus nerve stimulator. Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body relax after stress by slowing heart rate, reducing inflammation, and supporting digestion and metabolism.

VNS can improve memory, sleep quality, chronic pain and headaches, decision-making, and mood regulation.

The yōjō platform and app also takes whole-person approach to wellness, crafting personalised programs that address stress and inflammation from multiple angles.

Find out more on the yōjō website.
