About Emily Leeming

Dr Emily Leeming PhD MSc RD is a registered dietitian and research scientist at King's College London, holding a BSc in Nutrition, MSc in Dietetics, and a PhD in nutrition and the gut microbiome. Her research includes the EAT-FIBRE study, a Harvard University-led global research programme.
Emily is a columnist for The Daily Mail, an international keynote and TEDx speaker, and regularly appears on TV and radio, including BBC Radio 4, The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, and The Guardian. She is the author of Genius Gut (2024) and Fibre Power (2026).
